Yeah. I’ve heard multiple times how entire careers are made supporting abandonware. The US military I believe pays microsoft millions a year to add security updates to their own version of Windows XP so old software can keep working.
IDK about how Japanese insurance works, but of course they will want kids’ healthcare free. If not then their already dropping population would drop even faster.

Problem with rechargeable AA and AAA batteries is that they need complicated chargers. Putting a charger for those into a device will make it unnecessarily big. There’s also the issue with the charge cycles they can take. I believe they have a maximum of around 100 charge cycles while lithium ion batteries are more around 1000 cycles.
For me it’s a shock because I feel it shouldn’t be possible. It’s not a shock that Adobe would do something like this.
He is super abrasive and speaks like a salesman. I don’t like his mannerisms either, but his message and ideals are right up my alley. Also, his videos are not very well edited, if at all, so his videos would sometimes give a very bad first impression. He looks like he’s on some drug or something with the dark circles around his eyes. Several videos also make him seem like a gym/frat bro with how he interacts with his employees.
It’s the biggest video game marketplace/launcher/DRM makers for PC. If you play video games on PC most games you buy would probably have to be through steam. Their parent company, Valve, is the only multi-billion dollar company I like because so far they have stayed pro-consumer.
