While the CCP might not necessarily be intentionally mass-killing ethnic minorities in the Xinjiang region, there is very strong evidence that they are doing their utmost to stamp out Uyghur culture and forcibly assimilate them. In the process, people are being incarcerated, tortured, and raped, amongst other things.

It could be argued that this is a crime under international law, where the definition of genocide includes

intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group".

Or you could argue it is ethnic cleansing instead. Either way, it’s a lot more serious than just overzealous “counter-terrorism” measures.

LDAC suffers from high latency and very steep degradation once the strength of the Bluetooth connection drops even slightly. In some case it can drop to around 330kbps, which makes it no better than SBC unless you can guarantee a rock solid connection at all times.

Seriously - pretty much every single TV news network in the US is just a constant flow of editorialized garbage and shoddy journalism. It’s more than a little depressing to consider that millions of people base their their view of politics on it.

I have a flagship Galaxy device and there was nowhere near that many. As I mentioned before, the budget Samsung devices are much worse than the flagships when it comes to bloatware.

As far as I know, the only Samsung models that feature ads tend to be the lower end series that get sold in markets like India.

I think it would be fairer to say that homeschooling in the US offers a wider distribution about the mean, with comprehensive, school-board curriculums on the one hand and whatever backward, ahistorical, pseudoscientific garbage the parents want to fill their kids’ heads with on the other. It really depends on the state and the family.
