For cleaning out the connector, I get a piece of flat clamshell packaging, cut it into a V shape, then use that to carefully scrape out the gunk in the connector. It really helps if you have a stereo microscope or even a loupe, but isn’t required.

Under-the-screen fingerprint sensor works less than half of the time. At night and in bed, it blinds me.

This is my biggest complaint. The “old” style of fingerprint sensor on the back of the phone worked so well, but they replaced it with this shitty one.

Is it possible to have the lemmy instance share the login cookie across subdomains m.lemmy.world and old.lemmy.world? It’s kind a pain to have to sign into each subdomain.
